PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver Course Sheet
Continue the Adventure with Huron Scuba!
Enhance your scuba skills as you explore new dive sites and activities under the supervision and training of Huron Scuba's top-quality teaching team. Explore a variety of diving specialties and determine what type of diving you enjoy most. Begin to consider the direction diving will take you, as you go for everything it has to offer! This is an excellent opportunity for “rusty” or newly certified divers, as well as more experienced divers who want their diving to be safer and more enjoyable. Advanced Scuba Diver is a key step in the path to Rescue Scuba Diver, Divemaster and Instructor. Your instructors have all taken this class!

You'll learn the ins & outs of underwater navigation, night diving, and deep diving, as well as three other specialties such as photography, videography, search & light salvage (“find it and float it”), introduction to rescue skills, and much more. With thorough briefings & debriefings for each dive, coupled with excellent PADI materials, you'll gain confidence and skills to increase your comfort and safety as a diver. Your Advanced Scuba Diver certification card will allow you to go on more advanced recreational dives as you continue to expand your diving horizons. Student-divers should review the video, complete the text and be prepared for a multiple choice quiz during the first night of this course. Minimum age 12.
