What happens if your regulator has a
minor leak or mild freeflow, or your BCD
dump valve has a small leak? Can you fix
it and save your dives that day, or do
you have to sit and watch everyone
else's bubbles until the boat gets back
& hope someone knows how to fix it on
shore?
Do you want to expand your
knowledge and be more self-reliant when
it comes to your life support and dive
equipment?
Join our Course Director and Service
Manager for Huron Scuba's
regulator repair & equipment specialist
class. In this class you will learn how
to do simple field repairs for your BCD,
regulators, and drysuit. We will give
you tips on how to maintain and
troubleshoot your equipment between
scheduled maintenance. We will also be
servicing regulators, doing a visual
inspection on a cylinder, and servicing
a cylinder valve. With 16 hours over 2
days, we will help you learn just about
everything you could want to know about
scuba gear. This is a great way to spend
a couple of days with other
divers!
Feel free to bring in your personal
gear for use in the hands-on portion of
the class. Regulators purchased for this
class will also be serviced.
Each class is geared to each
particular group, so come prepared with
some questions or some specific thing
you want to get out of this class and we
will do our best to help you meet your
goals.
This specialty class also counts
towards the five required for PADI
Master Scuba Diver certification!
