This large, multi-sports, public access lake is on the west side of Orchard Lake Road, about 6 miles north of I-696.

| Directions: |
- From I-696, take the Orchard Lake Road exit and go north about 6 miles.
- When Orchard Lake goes from a big 4-lane road to a small 2-lane road, you will see the park entrance on your left (between the lights at Pontiac Trail and Long Lake Road).
- DO NOT TURN LEFT into the park entrance (you may get ticketed). Instead, continue north a few hundred feet and turn around in a parking lot, then continue south, taking a right into the parking lot.
