Huron Scuba

Must have your own mask, fins, snorkel and boots to participate.  All Huron Scuba students in this program qualify for a special discount when purchasing gear for their program.  Details at signup.

Purchase your own scuba equipment package & use it during your lessons: save $100
($50 in pool, $50 open water dives)

$899 per student plus Private Upgrade ($425) for up to 4 students.

Package Includes:

• A single $425 Private Upgrade fee can include up to 4 divers (not $425 per-person).
• Up to 4 hours of classroom training (Monday-Friday)
• Up to 12 hours of pool training (Monday-Friday)
  • Additional hours can be booked if needed, pricing below
• PADI eLearning code for online homework.
• Personal mouthpiece to use on rental regulators (and yours to keep)
• Use of rental scuba equipment for pool training.

 

• THIS PRIVATE PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE OPEN WATER CERTIFICATION DIVES
  • • Cert dives can be completed as part of a public program, or scheduled privately also
    • Cert dives can be completed at any PADI dive center globally, referral paperwork is provided at completion.

Program includes use of tanks, weights, BCD, regulator set with compass and dive computer, wetsuit for all sessions.

Notes:

• Additional hours: For additional pool training after scheduled class or private classes that need more than 12 hours training, additional hours are $75/hour (Monday – Thursday) or $85/hour (Friday – Sunday).

50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit holds space.
Balance due 2 weeks prior to start of class and becomes non-refundable as of that date.

Minimum age 10 for private classes (max group size 4, with no more than 2 children under 12 in group).

Gilboa Quarry or Spring Mill Pond

Each student provides appropriate snorkeling equipment.

Complete Open Water Diver Package ($1099 class, pool, and dives) OR Certification Dives only ($899 and rental equipment fees) plus Private Upgrade ($475)

• A single $475 Private Upgrade fee will cover up to 4 people (not per person).
• May be weekend or weekday training.
• Includes two,  half-days for training dives plus travel time (2 dives per day)
• *Additional days, if requested or required are $175 per day.

• $250 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit holds space.
• Balance due 2 weeks prior to start of the program and becomes non-refundable as of that date.
• Does NOT include Park admission fees that may be required based on location selected for certification dives.

 

• Quarry admission fees $35/day or park entrance fee (depends on location selected for dives)
• Air fills at quarry $22+ depending on number of dives

Pool training includes all rental equipment.
You are free to use your own gear. Please make sure your regulators and BCD are up to date with service per manufacturer recommendations.

Includes eLearning, three hours at the pool, and an updated/new certification card.

 

PADI eLearning (included)

 

Minimum 3 hours per session for water training, 2 hour minimum for classroom (charged at half-rate). Travel time is charged at half-rate (only for dive sites or training locations more than 30 minutes drive from Huron Scuba).

Controlled by standards requirements of individual courses. If any student is age 10-11, max group size 4, with no more than 2 children under 12 in group.

Huron Scuba

Pool training includes scuba equipment rental (tank, weights & belt, BCD, regulator set, wetsuit) and, if needed, air fills. Equipment is available for rental at discounted rates during all open water training.

• Monday – Thursday: $60/hour for 1-3 divers
• Saturday – Sunday: $70/hour for 1-3 divers
• Groups of 4-8: add $30/hour

All hours must be pre-paid to confirm space.
Certification and Rental Fees are Non-Refundable

Pool training includes rental equipment; rentals must be paid at discounted student-diver rate for open water training.
