Peak Performance Buoyancy Workshop

Do you find yourself working to maintain neutral buoyancy throughout your dives? Is every ascent a struggle to keep control? Or, are you ready to try underwater photography or video and want to easily maintain position while filming?

This course will help you determine your optimum weighting and fine-tune your trim and buoyancy underwater. In a controlled pool environment, you’ll practice maneuvering through tight spaces (hula hoops!) and using breath control to make small buoyancy adjustments. You’ll improve your air consumption and most likely drop a few pounds of lead from your belt!

Two optional Open Water Dives (+$99) help you apply these techniques and are necessary to receive PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty certification.
